Down almost 100 lbs since the day my life started over!

Almost 100lbs since the 28 of December. I'm feel great and don't look half bad either!

Where did you get this shampoo?

I'm losing a great deal f hair......Any advise? I take 10000 units of Biotin a day. Try to remember the calcium and have increased my protein. I would like to have my hair done, just not sure if it can handle it.

I did my 1st 5k in March. I'm hooked on them now! Good luck!

I was in the ER last night with stomach pain so bad I couldn't move. CT scan showed nothing. They said I'm constipated. Which I already new. Now dehydrated to add to the fun? Not a good few weeks :-(

What's the opinion on popcorn? I love it and have been wanting some but don't know if I can or should.....

I had my 3 month appointment Friday. I'm down 60lbs, I feel good for the most part. I still have a lot of nausea and carry zofran with me at all times. I don't enjoy eating at all. Which I guess isn't a bad thing. I have difficulty getting my protein in since I don't eat. I know I have to so usually drink protein drinks. Which my nutritionist said yesterday wasn't ideal but however I have to get it. I did my 1st 5k and had a blast. Already signed up for another!

I'm looking for some advise here. I'm worried that I'm eating too much. My nutritionist said I should only be able to eat a couple tablespoons of food. I'm finding that isn't true. I can finally eat and not have the horrible nausea.

Had my 5 week follow up today. Down 40 lbs!

I've gotten some. I guess I keep trying it without because at some point I have to get off of it! I have an appointment with her on Wednesday.

I am 4 weeks out of surgery and cannot tolerate much. I get so much nausea and feel like total crap. I'm not even able to get all the water I should be.

My surgery was 12/28 my weight doesn't seem to be coming off very quick either. And, I've had a lot of issues with nausea and textures. I can't drink any of my Crystal Light, gives me terrible stomach pain.

Does anyone else have issues with not only textures but my taste buds and smell seems a lot more sensitive. Also seems everytime I eat I feel really tired and crappy afterwards. Please tell me this will get easier!

My surgery date was 12/28/12. I've had horrible nausea, issues with textures. And then it hit...the stomach flu :-( I really thought it was over! The pain was so bad, nothing I could do but vomit. I'm doing a bit better now. I haven't vomited in 2 days but not real up for anything. Trying to make sure I get enough water but its hard. Still have pain from the flu.

Didn't have a great day. Lots of nausea, cold, and some pain. Didn't eat or drink much today... Hope tomorrow is better!
