Omggg guys' date=' I bought an ice cream maker. Best. Protein. Shake. Ever! I also found PB2 at my store (if you live in tx HEB is carrying it) so it's chocolate peanut butter. I mean seriously. This is the happiest I have been food wise in almost 6 weeks lmao[/quote']

Where did you get the machine? How much? What make? Who makes the protein drink?

Thanks

Walmart' date=' on clearance for 29 and I use bariatric advantage chocolate and pb2, but any protein mix will work. Eggface has lots of ice cream recipes. Great purchase![/quote']

I'm going to look for one today! Sounds awesome :) I'm so over yogurt and pudding! SF fudgsicles have been nice, but not the same. Thanks for sharing!

Hey y'all. About to start week 6!! I'm allowed toasted bread and pasta! I think I'll wait on the pasta but toast sounds so good! Has anyone else tried toasted bread?

I'm 8wks out and I have had toast 2x with no problem but it was really crispy...i can't handle plain bread or pasta yet...

I had some whole wheat this morning. It went down well with SF preserves. Be sure & check label. Some breads have more sugar than others. Haven't tried pasta

Found a lil crunch! These are awesome! They crunch and turn to mush in you're mouth! I found mild cheddar and veggie! Both are great! In the baby section.

No real value to a diet, but if you're wanting crunch these are really not bad!

I've had these too! They are great when you just need a little something. The veggie ones aren't bad.

Tried one of the new Adkins advantage meals for dinner. Crustless pot pie. Chicken, cauliflower, broccoli and spinach. 1/2 of it is 11g protein, 4 carbs, 165 calories. Tastes not to bad and 2 meals, only could eat 1/2.
