Everything with surgery went well yesterday. I feel pretty good today. Thanks for the prayers

Glad to hear you're doing well. Welcome to the loser side

Had my first stuck food, thought I was dying. The cramping and chest pain in waves was horrible. Took 35 minutes to pass.

What were you eating when it got stuck ?just curious so ill be careful?

1/4 toast with a little peanut butter. I've done ok with crackers but I'm gonna wait a few weeks before trying toast again. I was praying that's how bad our hurt.

I am glad you posted about the hips. I was wondering why they hurt. Im much better now i am a month out. Not much pain at all. I workout everyday and i feel great. Still working on getting my liquids in.

3 1/2 weeks. I can't have fresh bread but 1/4 crisp toast on week 3. But apparently that's to early, lol.

I'm fine with bread and toast, but soft tortillas make me throw up.

Not fresh salad..... Only things like chicken, tuna, egg salads...... No raw veggies yet. Only cooked.....you don't want that aftermath yet :-)

I was wondering what you guys were allowed to eat one month out from surgery????
