I've ate salmon and shrimp. Both went down great.

I am having the same problem. I am eating to fast and my food is not wet enough per doctor I went back to stage two food and I eat it very slow. I guess I was not ready for stage thee yet. I would call your doctor.

I know that feeling its not a good one.

Ok guys, so I am three weeks out now and for the past few days I have been feeling off. Kind of dizzy but not real dizzy. I know it does make sense but that is the only way I can describe it. I've been really tired also. im not nauseated or anything. i get all my water and protein in. I was wanting to know if this is happening to anyone else.

R u on high blood pressure medication? If so call your dic and ask if the dizziness could be from that medication or just call your surgeon.

No, not on any meds except our vitamins. I think I'm going to have to call. Everything has been going so well, I don't want to think something is wrong now.....
