  2. I use to live in SD. I was over weight and felt like you that I could not enjoy the beach. Soon you will. I'm 2 yrs out and I visit SD yearly and I make sure I visit one of the beautiful beaches each time I vist. I really like the Coronado beach. Congrats on your date.

  4. I dump on sugar and I am 15 months out. I have not tried cake or things like that because I dump if fruit is too sweet. Lol

Hi I'm 15 months out RNY I drink coffee daily for the first 6 months only decaf then I as flared to have 1 cup of regular each day, I use creamers I watch the sugar grams or get the sugar free version. I have not had an soda nor do I crave it. I dont eat anything that has more than 6-7 grams of sugar. I dump on anything higher. I really watch my carb intake I'm a size 6 sometimes 4 5'4 weight 129 hoping to get to 125. HW 225. I know what too eat now and I don't feel like I am missing anything.

  10. 9 months to get to 135 then it took 6 months to get the 6 lbs off. I'm hoping for 5 more pounds before I totally level off.

  14. I have not lost any friends but they do treat me differently. They r now my food police and watch every thing I eat. Always asking "can u eat that?" It's funny sometimes, they think we only have baby food I guess. I didn't tell most of them until I had the surgery. I'm 15 months out and now the smallest of them. Of course they feel I'm too small lol I wear a 6 and i am 5'4. It's taken them sometime but it's getting back to normal. Buy it was weird for awhile. I tried not to talk about it with them so I used this site to celebrate all my successes, like pound lost and sizes lost.
