Hello I was wondering If anyone has October Surgery dates and how are you feeling about it being right around the corner and how are u spendng your time now that the hard part is over ur approved and have your date

You will go through a mourning phase because food has always been there for you. It's like losing your best friend but this will pass. You just need to hang in there and realize your on a whole new journey and a whole new life

Good luck and God bless. I have my surgery on Wednesday. I'm at the doctors office right now getting the last of my preop stuff done.

Yes, my surgery center requires that you not be on bcp for at least 30 days prior to surgery.

I always try and tell myself just try one more diet and lose it on your own , surgery is so drastic. But then I remember dieting had never worked before. Its just nerves and I am happy to have this opportunity.

I think it is just nerves too. I am scared of pain and scared of the unknown. I know I can do it.. and can't wait for the results. The old saying "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" is ohh so true!
