  1. I would love to do yoga but at this point its a stuggle, but that will b a goal of mine come next yr when some of this weight is gone.

I jus came across this guy named Jay Robb on YouTube and he has a website and he sales protein powder I've never tried it because I just came across it but he has a bunch of recipes for protein shakes here is the link if you would like to look at 'em. I made a chocolate shake with two cut up frozen bananas and four frozen strawberries, I cant handle milk so I did a 1/2c 2% milk and a 1/2c water, and it was great I couldn't event taste the actual shake. I tried this b4 and it didnt turn out that great cuz I made it a little differently, but this time it was awesome oh yeah I put it in my blender I was going to put ice in it but the frozen fruit had it like a smoothie.

  5. I agree with u @ times I have to tell myself ur wishkng ur life away when ur wanting future things to happen. I need to jus relax and jus keep my mind focused om all these new habits im tryna get use to.

  8. Congrats and welcome, I wish I could wear hills I have plantar fascitis which is a very painful foot condition.
  9. My dr. office yold me a couple of weeks also and it was about a week and a half, so thst sounds bout rite.
  10. My surgery 10/08 and time seems like its goin so slowly I really jus wanna get this optifast done and over with, next month will be so hard but I kno I can do it, its jus the waiting got me goin crazy. Im so reay for this surgery

  13. And they usually dont do anything til they kno ur approved. Cuz it really would b a waste jus incase for sum reason they say no, but we will be praying they say yes rite.

    Ok so im a single parent on two kids 12 and 7 boy and girl and I start my Optifast Sept 8th and im concerned about making meals for them during this time and aftet surgery. I kno I have to be strong and I have my faith, any tips.
  16. How long do u stay in the hospital I was told the norm was up to 3 days, also how long after the op can u go back to work, whats the recovery time once ur home.
  17. I also got sum protien bars and powder and OMGosh it takes every thing in me to get them down.
  18. So I started taking Bioten and B12 I also take vitamin D pills, what is a good multi vitamin and is there any others I should start taking. Oh and I mite need a iron pill is the iron levels in multi vitamin pretty decent?
