Protien Bars

Having a horribly difficult time getting protien hakes down (chocolate, strawberry-can't deal with the taste anymore) does anyone know if protien bars are okay? There is one that has only 2g sugar and 21g of protien but havn't seen ANY suggestions that thu are okay...anyone got any info for me?

Panda, I brought the pure protein bars yesterday. 20g of protein in one bar and they taste pretty good. I also like the can shakes they are 35g of protein per serving.

Glad you liked them!: D. I try to have one a day as my snack. I like to keep my protein intake as close to 100g a day as possible. Glad you liked them. I've researched the Quest bars online and these are way more affordable. A lot of times they're 10 for $10 at the grocery store.

Where do u buy quest bars?

I was told by my nutritionist I could do them at 6 weeks. My surgeon personally recommends Quest Bars. They are like 25 or 26g of protein. You can get them online or GNC sells them too.
