I did the gummy vitamins... Just chew em 35 times till they liquefy. Even with a stricture. If I could do liquids I could do gummys.

I was told no gummies. They are not as good as the chewable and they are hard to digest

I was told no gummies just today, because they have no Iron. Don't take unless you also want to take an Iron supplement.

I was told no gummie vitamins ever...but I'm not sure why? I love those kind!

I started Gummies after 3/4 weeks.

I couldn't tolerate anything else, so it was my only choice. I take 2 a day, that includes Iron and Vitamin D, but I have to take separate Calcium.

I have been taking gummies since surgery, I started the multiple gummy vitiman about 2 wks post op, I chew the heck out of them !!!

I am 4 months post op. take the gummy multi vitamins, extra iron, sublingual b12, and calcium. My numbers on the 3month blood tests were great-better than before the surgery. So the gummies ARE working well so far.

My surgeon said no gummies. Never asked her why (she scares the crap out of me!) but I haven't had any problem with plain ol' Centrums and blood work is spot on.

I eat gummies every day. I do take a separate iron chewable. And of course calcium and B12
