Food Stuck Since Last Night?

I'm out of town and tried some meat last night. It felt kinda stuck. Not enough to make me throw up but I can feel it. I was uncomfortable all night. This morning after my shake I felt like throwing up but couldn't and now I feel terrible and still feel like im full and like its in my throat too. And dang it I didn't bring my papaya enzymes!

Any suggestions please?

I heard something about Meat Tenderizer (which I guess is basically papaya enzymes) being helpful...

I too heard about the meat tenderizer.....mixed with a little water and sip it.You can ask the kitchen where you are staying if they have any and can help you with it?
