Having Surgery Next Tuesday, Any Advice?

I am having surgery on Tuesday and am not really sure what to expect both in the hospital and the first week at home....

Thank u all for the great advice! I am 8 days post op and finally starting to feel better. Still on clear liquids but it doesn't seem to bother me. My mid back hurts like crazy. Hope that isn't a permanent thing. Otherwise doing pretty good. Walking every day and down 10 lbs! Thanks again:)

OH MY GAWD, I couldn't agree more !! I didn't use it much. Was in the hospital 5 days, went home and was rehospitalized the next day for pneumonia. Use that flometer !!!!

No I'm still getting the prior approval paperwork done...I'll be giving up Diet Coke post op :'(
