This might be a little weird. But a key sign that I am full is when my nose starts to get runny. For some odd reason I get a runny nose when I'm full lol

I had terrible gas/constipation pains (horrible!) the day before yesterday up until midday yesterday. Although I had a BM and feel much better, today when I was out for a walk I felt as if something was moving inside my stomach like swaying almost. It wasn't painful but as I walked there was that uncomfortable swaying feeling. Anyone ever experienced that? Oh, and I am almost 9 months and down 94lbs.

At 6 months I was down 89 lbs. I'm currently 7 months (almost 8) out and I'm down 94 lbs. I don't know how normal my average is but I hope it helps.

I'm treating my mom and myself to a 4 day weekend escape to the Dominican Republic next weekend. I just booked everything and I'm excited and then BOOM! It hit me.... What am I going to EAT? I've been there quite a few times and I don't recall too many healthy protein options. I just don't want to upset my pouch so far from home and I don't really want to push my limits. Anyone had to deal with vacationing after bypass??

I'm 25 and had GB on 7/17. I was 247lbs and I am currently 180lbs (maybe a little less) I still have 40-45 lbs to go but overall I feel great. I do have minor skin sagging in my lower quad area but nothing too major yet.

Picture wise your arms look great. So yeah I def think they look great. Mines are starting to sag a bit too but nobody can tell unless they grab.

Before everything revolved around food. If I was going out with friends I made sure to pick a place with good food, for work and on weekends I normally already knew what I was going to eat. Now, since food is one of the last things on my mind (I have to be reminded to eat, that's how far off my mind food is) I can enjoy activities more. I don't need food to be the highlight of my night. And I can shop in "regular" sized stores. I'm much more confident too.

I went to ihop yesterday. Scrambled eggs with cheese. One bite of bacon and one bite of waffle. Btw, kiwi I LOVE your new pic. You're looking great!

Oh and btw, THANKS DL! You're always so helpful & informative. What would I do without you (or all the members in this forum). :-)

I like it. It's very helpful and let's you know whether you're on the right track or not weight wise. So far I'm doing above average. Woo hoo to us!

Leggings are my BFFs right now. And today (drumroll please) I went into Fashion to Figure (a plus size store) and none of their smallest shirt fit right. I was only able to buy a pair of jeans from there. So I went into Forever21 (hated this store for a while, could never find anything that fit me) and viola! I was able to buy 6 shirt size L. From 2x (sometimes 3x) to a Large!!!!! Woo freaking Hoo!

Gas-X has been my BFF since day 5 of surgery. Gas pain is a killer and sometimes I just need to pass gas (fart) one time for everything to feel better. But without gas-x it takes FOREVER. I'm 7 weeks post op and I still have to occasionally take something for gas. Ugh.
