I didn't know I could make that private!! BUT I'm not-- what's that saying "what you eat in private you show in public" or something like that and it's true, I made the choice to eat what i ate being fully aware of what it contained thanks to MFP, I didn't become morbid obese by eatting "clean" and I'm not perfect, I have my good days and my bad days.... It's the daily decisions that I make that makes the changes so no, I won't hide what I eat and I'd actually welcome advise like -don't eat that cause... Or try this instead...- that's how we learn, from trial and error... I think it's a very useful tool❤

as far as I can tell you can't access friends' daily goal info (other that total calories) but I am so thankful for those of you that have chosen to share those aspect of your journey! I find food and food choices have become such a major aspect of my daily life that very few people can relate and some even think it's an eating disorder (many people view calorie counting as negative and can't begin to understand the depth of importance of nutrient goals post rny)

If you click on the email option, it will then let you put a username instead of an email addy. ;)
