  16. My date was 11/20. I also understand. I feel like I am behind losing weight from everyone else. But actually I think we are all doing about the same. I am down 45 lbs, and wish it were more, but I decided as long as I am not gaining I am happy.
  17. Wow! Got my shipment from bariatric pantry. Made the matrix mint cookie shake with milk, omg! It is so tasty and a lot less fat than the Atkins. Thank you worm for the suggestion. I feel like I'm cheating by drinking this
  18. I hope you are right worm. I just ordered some samples! Thanks for the info!
  19. My favorite are the Atkins shakes. Also, GNC has a lean protein powder that is fairly good.
  20. I opted for rny because I decided that I would not have surgery again so I might as well do it. So glad I did ! I have been off the reflux meds since surgery. No reflux at all, its been 2 months: ) good luck!
  21. Start by upping calories to at least 800 then up it more. Protein I was lucky to me getting 60 then I upped it to about 80.
  22. Also you may need to up your protein. I upped my calories and protein and lost 4 lbs in a week. Before I did that I was at a stall. Try getting more. Also to help you can use myfitnesspal it keeps track of everything.
