so i went to a ball this weekend and had an old dress that i wore altered here is the before and after picture same dress and 130 pounds less

i struggle with this as well all the time seems people are nicer , more open to chat ect then i have to remind my self that i may be more approachable as well when i was over weight i put up walls that are no longer there making it easer to make friends or meet new people!

just got the new app today i have not been on in a while but sure did miss it! I have lost 127 pounds and dropping had rny november 2012 i will try and post a before and after soon! so glad everyone is doing well ! anyone thinking about a tummy lift ?

Ok ladies thought i would check in i have not had a smoke in a few weeks now !!!! Defiantly hard some days but feeling much better! Now i am at a weight loss stall cant wait to get over that. How is everyone else doing ?

Yum they are all so good but i like the mojto one best we get them at wegmans were we live but only in the big pouches. I am also really liking the green tea with honey and peach or black rasberrie

Just thought i would share a victory today i walked around the mall in high black heals and my feet were not killing me!

Just thought i would check in how is everyone doing I an on week one of no smoking doing ok thankfully it has been a very busy week so i have not had a lot of time to think about smoking although sometimes at night it is very tempting and i have to just go to bed. How is everyone else doing ?

Three days smoke free !!! Still thinking about them alot but feel better already
