I am at 432 lbs. I have been overweight most my life and though i was just fine. Until I went into the docs office to get a physical. And he said i had high blood pressure. I ignored it. Went in for a fallow up and it was worse so thats when I decided time to take action. I have many morbid diseases on both sides of the family so i chose the gastric bypass. I go in june 26th.

I wont feel as hungry lost almost 10 lbs this last week just eating the pre op. Recommended foods been off of caffeine for 4 weeks now no soda either goin good just one more day.

When I had my vsg done I did fine the first day and a half. the rest of the time I tried to sleep as much as I could so I didnt have to think about not being able to eat. Hang in there...just a few hours left! Good luck!
