  4. I'm 8 weeks out. Food grosses me out. I eat some because I have to but there is absolutely NO desire. I get my protein in through shakes, twice a day 30 grams each & take all my vitamins & water. Anyone else dealing with this? Any ideas?
  5. Feel better soon. I hope all is well. Keep us posted!

  8. You're doing great. Just relax & makes sure you are eating, getting protein. Youre smaller so it's going to come off slowly. I wouldnt be too concerned with poundage, are you losing inches?
  9. Good for you. I was the same way. Congrats Hun!

  15. I bought "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" last night. I really wish I'd bought it prior to surgery. It has some really good info for post op too. Recipes for all stages! support, exercise, meal plans, etc.
  16. I'm about the same. My meal plans include well cooked pasta & toast. I made tuna and spiced it up a little bit and had that over toast. It's delicious. Thin sliced chicken from the deli with mustard is really good too!
  17. Good luck on your journey! It can be difficult sometimes but keep your eye on the prize.
  18. I'm 3.5 weeks post op. I bought "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" last night. I really wish I'd bought it prior to surgery. It has some really good info for post op too. Recipes, support, exercise, meal plans, etc. I highly recommend this book! It talks about stalls too! It's really reassuring for those at all stages.

  20. Honestly, I never practiced before surgery. Most of the stuff you are eating afterwards is liquid. After surgery, it wasn't hard. I haven't had any issues. I adhere to the separation and am doing well.
