No Appetite

I'm 8 weeks out. Food grosses me out. I eat some because I have to but there is absolutely NO desire. I get my protein in through shakes, twice a day 30 grams each & take all my vitamins & water. Anyone else dealing with this? Any ideas?

It's normal... I went thru it too! I didn't eat til about 9 or 10 weeks out... And even that was very minimal... Goodluck! It will get better :)

Hi there. I'm almost 4 months out and still have no appetite. I too am living on 90 grams of protein shakes and water. Most food tastes like cardboard to me. My doctors say it happens to some and not others. I have no tastebuds, but they say they should come back in a few month. Like you I have no desire to eat

You are not the only one. I can only eat 200 calories a day and 20 to 90 grams of protein. I am 2 1/2 months and hate eating! I have no appetite at all and everyday is such a challenge.

Me too except I don't drink shakes.
