    Juice +

As anyone tried Juice Plus? It two capsules you take everyday & you get the nutrients from 17 Fruits & Veggies. I guess the nutrients are great because they're not synthetic like flonstones & centrum... I ordered some, figured it wouldnt hurt to try...

    Juice +

I don't think so, but it's got the nutrients from 17 fruits & veggies so I'm thinking it's better than synthetic stuff in centrum.
  3. I try for one to 1 1/2 of these (45-68oz) & then a Vitamin Water zero which is 20oz & that gets me to a good spot. The nutritionist said to shoot for 64 oz a day at first. I did & it's gotten a lot easier. Im 12 weeks out.
  4. I asked my nutritionist about this. She said no. Something about your kidneys need the fluid to help use the protein. I wish it did!

    Tiny?

I was walking in the parking lot & stopped for a co worker who was backing out. She stopped, stuck her head out the window & said she didn't recognize me because I've gotten so "TINY"!!!! Now, I've been called a lot of things but nevah TINY.. made my day! I'm not tiny but sure as hell like hearing it. I was like ... Say it again & now into the recorder!

    Migraines

Anyone experience migraines after surgery? I got them on and off before surgery but they were few & far between. I had surgery 6/21 & have gotten 4 since that date. They seem to happen around that time of the month. I'm frustrated!

    No Appetite

I'm 8 weeks out. Food grosses me out. I eat some because I have to but there is absolutely NO desire. I get my protein in through shakes, twice a day 30 grams each & take all my vitamins & water. Anyone else dealing with this? Any ideas?

    1 Month Post Op Pic

    Looking good! Nice work!
  14. You're doing great. Just relax & makes sure you are eating, getting protein. Youre smaller so it's going to come off slowly. I wouldnt be too concerned with poundage, are you losing inches?

    1 Week Post Op

Good for you. I was the same way. Congrats Hun!
  16. I'm 3.5 weeks post op. I bought "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" last night. I really wish I'd bought it prior to surgery. It has some really good info for post op too. Recipes, support, exercise, meal plans, etc. I highly recommend this book! It talks about stalls too! It's really reassuring for those at all stages.

    Allowable Food

I'm about the same. My meal plans include well cooked pasta & toast. I made tuna and spiced it up a little bit and had that over toast. It's delicious. Thin sliced chicken from the deli with mustard is really good too!

    Seperating Eating And Drinking?

Honestly, I never practiced before surgery. Most of the stuff you are eating afterwards is liquid. After surgery, it wasn't hard. I haven't had any issues. I adhere to the separation and am doing well.

    Trying To Sleep

I bought a body pillow to support my belly. I sleep on my sides, place the pillow under my side, hug and I'm off to dream land. I'm one week post op tomorrow so I'm still trying to figure it out myself. This has worked for me this far.
