Allowable Food

My one out there following the Denver Kaiser diet restrictions? I am 3 1/2 weeks out and I am going crazy being bored with my limited choices for food. Who has branched out beyond that?

I feel the same way I am 3 weeks out ready for different foods any ideals anyone?

I am also 3 1/2 weeks out....last week I started eggs, tuna and recently chicken salad

I'm about the same. My meal plans include well cooked pasta & toast. I made tuna and spiced it up a little bit and had that over toast. It's delicious. Thin sliced chicken from the deli with mustard is really good too!

I bought "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" last night. I really wish I'd bought it prior to surgery. It has some really good info for post op too. Recipes for all stages! support, exercise, meal plans, etc.

Ohhh u can have pasta and toast yummy I am gona go buy that book I need ideals and help lol
