Book To Read Prior To Surgery

I'm 3.5 weeks post op. I bought "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" last night. I really wish I'd bought it prior to surgery. It has some really good info for post op too. Recipes, support, exercise, meal plans, etc. I highly recommend this book! It talks about stalls too! It's really reassuring for those at all stages.

When I ordered that book, I also ordered the weight loss surgery vcookbook for dummies. That's the best guidebook! Has everything you should know from pre to when you're on real foods. Even tells you how to set up your kitchen and what you need in it. That's gonna be my go to book. Bringing with me today for nutritionist appt and when I see Dr. Should suggest everyone gets it to his patients.

Wow thanks. Have to order them.
