I have Beach Body OD I'm not a seller but it does work for me when I use it. Cost 100$ a year for all the workouts you would ever want. I like the 21-day fix and just a few others.

Sleeve for a year 2012 almost killed me had to RNY 2013, I am looking at the Overstrach now more for a long run touch up. I have only gained back 20, 30lbs since. Gain is easy to drop as long as I adjust my eating and working out. Don't let it worry you if you have to get a 3rd life happens.

K I'm a iPhone junkie and found the coolest app named epic win its like a game it even gives you achievements for doing you goles for the day lol So when I drink my water eat right go for a walk do the dishes I get game prizes lmao just thought I would share I so will get achievement points when I get to my pre-op diet lmao

I have the live strong smoking app iPhone I went from 1 1/2 pack a day to 6 cigs a day in almost 4 weeks a week or so more and it will be 0 I have to say I love this app it really is helping me I have the free app btw:)

K a friend of mine that had her RNY said it feels the same as having you gallbladder removed is this true?? I had mine removed back in the 90s done by lap and tell the truth it did not really bother me much no real pain did not take time off work I think she is crazzy coz she had hers out way after her RNY I would love some input on this if you could Ty
