Ok I'm not a sipper and this might sound silly but I can't get a handle of the sip lol . I don't have my RNY till oct so been working on protein getting that down ATM . Only had to try a ton of thing that did not make me gag lol. Can you give me hints tips on how to sip I feel so silly that I don't get it
