Loose Skin

I know loose skin is inevitable but is there anything I can do before or after surgery to help tighten my skin up a little?

Exercise...the younger u are I guess the less loose skin u will have. I'm 25 and I go next Friday for surgery and I'm hoping that I don't have much loose skin but I look at it as if I do then that's less my skin will have to stretch when I have another baby :) but they did say exercise helps

This is my question as well ? Lol well I guess I will do squats and arm ups (push up... Yeah uh no) lol :)

With us being ages 19-25 ' date=' we probably have alot more elasticity than others :)[/quote']

I'm about to turn 28 hope I make the cut off lol

I'm going to be exercising my butt off! (literally!) I'm expecting the worse, but hoping for the best. I'm okay with it if it does happen. My doc told me that my insurance pays for some of the procedures after wls.
