I'm a month out and can do chicken and steak in very small amounts but I won't do Pasta. Remember high Protein low carb diet is a lifestyle change. I would just go back to the basics of your in purée sage go back to purée etc. Surgiversary 07/24/12 Sent from my iPhone.
