I'm officially "Overweight" no longer "Obese"!

I just lost two more pounds, bringing my BMI down to a level in which I am no longer in the Obese category. I am now Overweight. I stil have more work to do but I am very happy and excited about this news! :)

    Surgery date Dec 16th 2012.. I didn't even think about this. But I am to now just overweight ... Was 240 day of surgery now 189... It's a great feeling. Thanks for the ideal!!!! I was just seeing scale numbers all the time... LMBO
