Dr. Coon is the best. Had my surgery April 24th. No complications at all.

I was just craving something sweet and went for some of my wife's cookies. Now that I think of it maybe she shouldn't be eating that either. I really need to stock up on Snacks and foods for me.

Im allowed 5 and 5. Nothing over that for either sugar or fat. I ate some Cookies last night and omg was I dumping! This morning woke up with bad diarrhea pains. I learned my lesson. No more fat boy thoughts.
