  1. Almost one year out. Maintaining at 220. Heaviest was over 420.
  2. Here is a more recent pic of me.
  3. Thank you mamiof3. You also have transformed and look great!
  4. 8 months out. Haven't weighed myself the last two months. So not sure what weight I'm at But here's an update pic.
  5. I have cramping in my legs and my doctor told me it is due to not taking enough calcium. And when I am on top of taking my calcium I have no problems.
  6. I also eat up to two tacos but we are talking about on an hour window period. And a margarita lol I use to eat like ten. Sometimes one is enough. Depends if I hardly ate that day. I sometimes order chicken tacos and throw the tortilla out and eat the meat with lettuce and stuff on it.
  7. Welcome sparky
  8. Up your Protein and make sure to eat lean meats. Low fats and low sugar contents. I also am having a plateau. My doc told me to do what I just wrote. I am hoping it works. He said to do more Protein shakes to keep me more full and to up the protein.
  9. Thank you panda! You are looking pretty fly yourself!
  10. They seem to have stayed in place. Thankfully my left arm didn't really get that saggy and that's the arm with my tatts. My right arm got a little more sag to it but still not too bad. I hope to fill them in with muscle. Started weight lifting.
  11. I've been stuck at 228-230 for the last month!!! It's getting annoying. I want to get to 210.
  12. I wasn't in the mood for a few weeks. But the doc said as long as I don't carry or lift or do anything crazy your good as long as you take it easy.
  13. I am happy you listened to your man. You are so beautiful and that hat covered it all!
  14. Unfortunately I do have loose skin. I also have a lot of stretch marks because I use to weigh over 420 pounds in the past. I've always worn compression tank tops even when I was heavy to keep things tucked in, so I'm not sure if that is what has helped my skin to not sag that bad. I was told by my doctor that I will need to remove the excess skin because it will not go back. Having this role of skin still makes me feel big. I do work out 2 to 3 times a week and I do mostly cardio swimming cycling kick box class to try to Tone my body. But I soon plan to start lifting weights so hopefully I can build some muscle in my arms To fill in my saggy skin in my arms and also build muscle on my chest.
  15. Thanks! Still have a ways to my goal but one day at a time.
  16. Before: 4/27/12 335lbs Now: 10-2-11 228lbs.
  17. I use to be over 420 at one point. Dropped down to about 280 then went back up to like 360 then decided to go for surgery. Started at 335 of pre op week. Day of surgery 320. Now I'm 228. Everyone tells me not to lose anymore weight. I've never been "skinny" so I'm not sure how I will feel if I get to 190. Only one way to see and that is to get there first. Lol
  18. How far out are you from surgery?
