  1. Has any male experienced loss of sexual appetite or has had erectile dysfunction after having the gastric bypass?
  2. I have been hitting the gym hard and I am 9lbs away from reaching the half way point to my weight loss goal. Tuesday I will start my six week out from surgery. I started at 335 and I'm at 282. Everyone is saying how amazing I look. I'm even getting compliments from the guys at work. They are attorneys and usually are jerks and only care about themselves. So for them to say something nice is like wow. I'm getting so much positive attention and I am not use to it. Hehe I hope to reach 270 by the end of week eight!
  3. Just wanted to see how many guys are actually on here. Would be nice to voice our thoughts, opinions, updates more often.
  4. Okay so ever since I started my Vitamins and other supplements I have broken out twice on my right cheek on my face. I have never had acne or pimple issues in my life. I always get compliments on my skin and ever since surgery this started to happen. Could it be too much of something that I am taking that is causing this? Has anyone else had any reactions like this? I've been putting some ointment on it and it seems to be helping out a bit. Just sucks that this keeps happening.
  5. Almost one year out. Maintaining at 220. Heaviest was over 420.

    Legs Hurting!

I have cramping in my legs and my doctor told me it is due to not taking enough calcium. And when I am on top of taking my calcium I have no problems.

    Hi

I also eat up to two tacos but we are talking about on an hour window period. And a margarita lol I use to eat like ten. Sometimes one is enough. Depends if I hardly ate that day. I sometimes order chicken tacos and throw the tortilla out and eat the meat with lettuce and stuff on it.

How Many Guys Are On This App

  12. Up your Protein and make sure to eat lean meats. Low fats and low sugar contents. I also am having a plateau. My doc told me to do what I just wrote. I am hoping it works. He said to do more Protein shakes to keep me more full and to up the protein.
  13. Thank you panda! You are looking pretty fly yourself!
  14. They seem to have stayed in place. Thankfully my left arm didn't really get that saggy and that's the arm with my tatts. My right arm got a little more sag to it but still not too bad. I hope to fill them in with muscle. Started weight lifting.

    Fooling Around After Surgery

I wasn't in the mood for a few weeks. But the doc said as long as I don't carry or lift or do anything crazy your good as long as you take it easy.
  17. I am happy you listened to your man. You are so beautiful and that hat covered it all!
  18. Unfortunately I do have loose skin. I also have a lot of stretch marks because I use to weigh over 420 pounds in the past. I've always worn compression tank tops even when I was heavy to keep things tucked in, so I'm not sure if that is what has helped my skin to not sag that bad. I was told by my doctor that I will need to remove the excess skin because it will not go back. Having this role of skin still makes me feel big. I do work out 2 to 3 times a week and I do mostly cardio swimming cycling kick box class to try to Tone my body. But I soon plan to start lifting weights so hopefully I can build some muscle in my arms To fill in my saggy skin in my arms and also build muscle on my chest.
  19. Thanks! Still have a ways to my goal but one day at a time.
