  1. Why would a women need to mark her territory? What good does that do for her?
  2. You can't keep anything down? Is that what's going on? You should be able to do a little more then 3oz on a whole day by now. Talk to your surgeons office. If you feel dizzy it's because your not eating enough and getting in enough calories to fuel your body.
  3. This is my beautiful wife. I wish she could have the confidence in herself that she should be having.
  4. I can tell that my wife has gotten jealous. I'm getting so much attention that it makes her feel like competing with me. She seems to feel threatened that she started wearing makeup and trying harder to dress up since having our daughter. I am natuarally a huge flirt. She knows it and fears she'll get NEXTED. We are going on three years married and if it were for her she would want me at 400 lbs like when we first hooked up. Our marriage is rocky do to her insecurities so we'll see how this plays out. I love my wife but it is hard to hear negative comments 24/7. She is beautiful but feels un-attractive since she gained 30 lbs from having our baby. I think she looks good but it's her attitude that makes her look bad. It's all in the way you carry yourself. Confidence = attractiveness.
  5. They had me do this to shrink the fat tissue around the liver to make it more pliable. I went from having a fatty liver for years to a clean spotless liver as what my surgeon told me after surgery.
  6. I did one week of Bariatric advantage shakes 4-5 a day and a piece of chicken breast for dinner if I was super hungry. I lost 15 pounds on pre-op week. Also drank lots of water.
  7. Im on Facebook also search Aaron Valenzuela Lavenant
  8. I wonder if there has been any body builders post surgery. I don't want to get all competitor status but I want nice arms and chest and a six pack wot hurt either hahaha. Is it harder for us to build up the muscle like that?
  9. Thank you Vamp! You are doing great and looking nice also!
  10. Great job on success. Your body will slow down. I was losing 3-5 pounds in a day in the first few weeks. Then had days I lost nothing. Now I excersize 4-6 times a week and I have steadily lost a pound a day. Somedays nothing is lost and that is ok. You want to give your body the time it needs. Plus the slower you lose the more time you give your skin to adjust. Keep up good work.
  11. Yay you can do it!!!
  12. Vamp there are days that I don't lose anything or that I even feel bloated. I finally am learning my body. I realized that since surgery I don't go poo every day like I use to. I go every other day now. So sometimes I get on and I gain a pound or didn't lose anything then a few days later after I went poo all day then next morning I weigh in and lose like four pounds. So don't get discouraged. Maybe your like me and the bowels get backed up a bit.
  13. That is awesome vamp!!! It is such a nice feeling to see results for once. Im trying to get to 210 and I'm about 282 at the moment. My surgeon suggest I get to 220. But I want to try 210. Something I was back in like ninth grade lol but if I look hot at 220 or around that then I'm good with that.
  14. Thank you guys for the encouragement and support
  15. I have been hitting the gym hard and I am 9lbs away from reaching the half way point to my weight loss goal. Tuesday I will start my six week out from surgery. I started at 335 and I'm at 282. Everyone is saying how amazing I look. I'm even getting compliments from the guys at work. They are attorneys and usually are jerks and only care about themselves. So for them to say something nice is like wow. I'm getting so much positive attention and I am not use to it. Hehe I hope to reach 270 by the end of week eight!
  16. Well I am Hispanic so what I did is make a pot of beans. I didn't do canned. So I would add more of the liquid to make them less thick.
  17. Your not suppose to have protein till about three four weeks out. That's what my surgeons office told me. You don't want to put too much in pouch since it is still healing for the first six to eight weeks post surgery.
  18. My doctor has us do 100 grams of Protein a day. 50 with food and 50 with supplements. Can I also get a copy of list please Kingvalens@gmail.com
  19. I think you need to educate him on exactly what wls is and the reason you need it. Take him with you on your appt or support groups. Everyone said the same thing to me. Now that I'm 50lbs+ lost, now people see the difference in me and understand that I was heavy and needed the assistance. Best of luck.
