Tomorrow Is The Big Day!

Tomorrow at 6 am I report to the hospital for surgery. I can't believe this day is finally here. It has been such a long journey but I am so excited to start the next chapter of my life. If anyone has any advice on what I need to bring or do tomorrow please let me know. Thank you everyone for all the support.

Just some comfy cloths, other than that you won't need anything , day of surgery you are only going to want is sleep. Good luck and best wishes to you.

I had surgery on July 19, 2012 . Please get up and walk . Even if it just to the door, walk ! It helps and makes recovery a lot easier ! I had gasx also . It helped ! Please just walk and don't be afraid to ask for meds ; the have plenty lol ...

Good luck and may God bless you and keep you ! You are almost there ! Keep us updated !

Bring something to keep you entertained/busy. Bring gas-x. Bring your own slippers (those weird socks never fit anyone and the grippy side always twist to the top of your feet! ) and the most important...bring CHAPSTICK!!! Your lips will be really badly chapped. That's all I can think of. And like americas_suiteheart said, walk! Good luck to you and keep us posted.

God bless.
