Full Liquids ..
Yes I think it's normal. And really good that you are getting that much in. I find the more I meet my liquid and protein goals the more I lose. My nutrionist listed Campbells healthy request vegetable soup blended until smooth as a whole liquid, tomato juice or V8. How long do you have til you can transition to the pureed diet?

Help! I Am Exhausted
I am in need of advice and reassurance. I am 7 1/2 weeks post op. I've just gotten back into the swing of things so to speak. I had some business travel and vacation time. I'm in my second week back at work. I am exhausted. I do my workouts three times a week, get all of my protein and fluids in..but I am utterly exhausted. I cried this morning just dreading the thought of how bad I know I will feel all day. I am going to my primary care physician Monday. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so what it could be?

An Unexpected Blow
I'm really sorry that happened to you. People can be so unkind. I feel really overwhelmed with the amount of weight I still have to lose as well. Just remember, you have made a giant positive step in the right direction and you WILL succeed!!

Moments Of Weakness !
It's very hard in the beginning. I thought I wouldn't lose weight and I was going to be the first person to have this surgery where it didn't work. I was in a state of panic over it. I am still terrified of dumping. I think I have had very mild forms from yogurt and other foods that made me feel bad all day. Just hang in there. You will feel totally different when you start eating "normal" foods again.
