  2. Ok so I'm 6 months out. I've lost 100 pounds. I'm at a stalling point in my weight. Won't budge past 183. I've cut back since I knew I was eating alot due to stressful events in my life. I started on protein I take my vitamins. I would say that I am frustrated with my scale, but dang I've lost 100 pounds that's awesome!! Would like to aim for 150 in weight. That's my goal weight. But I'm happy with the success I've had!! :-)
  3. Ok so I have been emotionally eating lately. Chips, candy. Pickles, peanut butter, chocolate. I eat a lot during the day. I feel like I've stretched my pouch, I drink coffee alot. My eating has been from hearing my dad is dying. And my kids have been sick, work has been crazy, at the end of the day I just want popcorn or Mac n cheese and or some comfort foods. I feel like such a failure. I've been at a holt in weight for about a month. I have not been following my protein, I just am failing. I feel horrible!!

  7. Ok, so I had corn pudding. Green bean casserole, rice:beans, turkey, pork roast, cranberry sauce, and red potatoes. I had a spoon full of each on my plate, was able to eat all of it over an hour time. Have to admit I was excited I was able to eat and finish my whole plate!! Merry Christmas everyone.

  10. It's official!!! I've lost 100 pounds since July surgery. I feel so good, aside from just having gallbladder surgery last week. I'm excited about my loss. Only 33 more pounds to go till my goal weight.
  11. I have my decaf kcups no problem drinking, I started it 1 month post op. no problems!
  12. Well it's official I've got gallstones. Going to see surgeon tomorrow to see about possible removal. Wish me luck!!
  13. Does anyone get some discomfort where the jpeg tube was placed? I'm 4 1/2 months out and feels like that area bulges and aches a bit. Should I be worried?
  14. I want to thank everyone for all you said. I mean I don't eat whole bags of chips but I do eat some here and there. I felt like a failure for eating it but it was good!!! Lol. I'm cleaning out my bad habits today and starting over to what I should be doing. In 4 1/2 months I've lost 93 pounds. I believe that's pretty good. Unfortunately I can eat anything I want!! Which is bad because it tempts me all the time. I think above anything I'm afraid of stretching my pouch. Big sigh, just praying I can get ahold of myself!!
  15. So no one judge, but I've been eating like horribly lately, chips, sweets, and even fried foods. I don't get dumping. Making bad decisions, I'm going back to my old ways. Big sigh!! Any suggestions??
  16. Congrats!! I know how good that feels.
  17. Ok, so I know they say stay away from caffeine after surgery, and I bought the donut shop decaf coffee for my morning treat. But I've had to break and drink the light frappacino from Starbucks. I get migraines really bad and need caffeine from time to time to help. Can't take NSAIDs anymore so I hope a little caffeine here and there won't hurt

  23. It's official! I'm 199!!!!! Wow!!!!!! I've never been so happy to see that number. What an accomplishment. Now aiming for that goal weight of 150. Here I come.
  24. Ok, my third week and I'm not losing weight. A bit frustrating because I want to get to my onderland mark. I'm slowly slowing down. Any suggestions to get things kick started? I'm down 81 pounds. Surgery was July 12th. So not too bad!
  25. Well, my partner does love me, but being a truck driver and unable to be here, I believe triggerrs the obssesion to be overly jealoys, thinks becuz not here to give me all the new attention people, are now giving me, that ill be straying off to find better. Just time and patience for the changes made will hopefully be the key, I just hope its not to late at that point.
