If you don't dump or get sick from it, how do u stop yourself from falling back into the habit of wanting it all the time? Good point of making new healthy alternative - low sugar , less carbs etc!! I love this group. .

Im scared, but then as I was trying things on and it hung on.me like draps I was like ok. Your gone, and NOT coming back. It was a bit relieving to say goodbye to curtains and draps aka my big clothes.

So went in for my check up. Everything good so far. Down 29 pounds. Very shocked!!! How wonderful can that number be. I mean I know that I still have tons of weight to go but wow, one week. Thats pretty good to me.

So starting my bowel prep tonight, more nervous about it, than the actual surgery. Oh and this clear liquid diet is horrible, im so hungry!!! Even harder when you cook dinner and cant even eat it. Oh well, hopefully will all pay off.
