Ok so I'm 6 months out. I've lost 100 pounds. I'm at a stalling point in my weight. Won't budge past 183. I've cut back since I knew I was eating alot due to stressful events in my life. I started on protein I take my vitamins. I would say that I am frustrated with my scale, but dang I've lost 100 pounds that's awesome!! Would like to aim for 150 in weight. That's my goal weight. But I'm happy with the success I've had!! :-)
