1. Besides, you will get sick. Not worth it. Eat before you go or bring something you can have.
2. Be patient. I was the same way...its been a month for me I'm down 40 now. Body is adjusting.
3. Congrats! It's my one month anniversary today too! Down 38...clothes feeling bigger, skin clear and compliments everyday I look forward to my continued life changing journey.
4. Be patient. You didn't put the weight on overnight. It will come off. Just focus on being healthy.
5. I am reassessing what I'm doing...eating too quickly, drinking to close to eating, chewing, etc and I'm going to see if it gets better. I just can't eat much lately..more like two spoonfuls vs post surgery week or two when I could eat 1/4 cup to 1/2 of food. Could just be the "sensory" part now working and its reminding me to slow down and really pay attention. I can keep fluids down no problem.
6. I had surgery on Jan. 7. After surgery I had zero problem keeping food down, but now anytime I eat I get sick. Is this normal?

8. Maybe check Target or even regular grocery....
9. They are gonna save me! Right now I'm not tolerating much, but I tolerate them. And with chewing you get it down to nothing so no sick, full, stuck feeling. I'm just so happy that they are heart healthy and low in fat high in dietary fiber and protein. If you can't find them let me know and ill buy a bunch and ship them from KC to you
10. I bought them at an organic store called Natures Grocers. You may want to check a Whole Foods...cheap too! Only 1.75 a bag.
11. Just found dry roasted edaname both in lightly salted and wasabi. 14 grms of Protein for 1/4 cup!
12. Also hyrdocodine made me really tired...the pain medicine I was on week post surgery. If your still on pain meds that could be why. Just a thought.
13. I too was allergic to the surgi strips...caused blister like spots due to me itching them.
14. Bariatric Fusion. Chewables. I take four a day. This brand was recommended by my surgeons office as it includes everything we need. They aren't too bad. I like wild cherry.
15. Just strain your "blended" soup and eat what's put in your bowl. Avoid any thickness or chunks left in strainer. You will do just fine.
16. All the time. Usually as I eat or after...very interesting, huh?
17. The shots aren't bad. I had to do 7 of them post surgery. Small needle. Barely felt it. You can do it!
18. I originally thought 9 grms fat seemed high, but I'm not eating any fat so figured the protein out weighed the fat.
19. Me! I had surgery on Jan 7 KCItalianGirl
