  1. I no for me I had to reintroduce myself to a lot if things. Sometimes in the beginning your body may reject it, but them try it again a few weeks later. In the beginning I didn't eat much of nothing because everything gave me problems. I still can't have bread/toast because it won't stay down, but I can eat a tortilla wrap... I have lived off strawberries and watermelon especially for Breakfast or a late night eat. Ivey thirsty a lot so sometimes I can't wait the 30 minutes so I eat some watermelon to take away the thirsty ness or eat a cold orange... But can't drink orange juice lol... U just have to play around with things to see how it makes u feel.... Good luck
  2. I had the same problem. So I ate before going just in case I felt sick I could get it all out my system and not be embarrassed. So I would recommend just drinking while you are there
  3. I use liquid vitamins and it counts as your Water intake too
  4. I had steam chicken with steamed mixed vegetables. Enjoyed it very much
  5. I eat salad everyday with some meat and fruit mixed in, because it's good and I can't tolerate not eating some veggies
  6. I eat hot sauce and my surgery was dec2012
  7. When can we officially have broccoli
  8. Thank you. I tried the unjury... Didn't like the taste if that either...not trying to be picky. It's just that nothing agrees with me anymore
  9. R there any protein drinks that don't have artificial sweeteners in them...all of them trigger headaches for me and I'm really searching for a good one
  10. U could always have them scoop the bread out so it's not as thick... If u know what I mean
  11. Those give me the worst headaches.... I cant tolerate fake sugar
  12.    lovealways reacted to a post in a topic: What ya eating tonight?
  13. Chicken breast can be dry and cause problems. Try legs and thighs from now on.
  14. I felt down like that... And when I went to the doct I was told u had bronchitis... It's worth looking into
