NEED HELP

R there any protein drinks that don't have artificial sweeteners in them...all of them trigger headaches for me and I'm really searching for a good one

Unjury unflavored & chicken soup don't appear to have sweeteners but the other flavors do. The brand I use has sucralose so that's no help to you but hopefully others have products to share that will work for you.

Thank you. I tried the unjury... Didn't like the taste if that either...not trying to be picky. It's just that nothing agrees with me anymore

I just tried Muscle Milk after trying tons of others. It is not too bad. I am not sure on the sugar in it but it has been the best for me. Good luck!

I am pre-op, so my tastes may be different. There are several shake mixes at Whole Foods that have the higher protein in them. I know they don't have some of the artificial sweetners, you may try there.

Try Ketogenx high Protein powder. It has stevia in it which is natural. I'm on this for liver reduction diet. I have been through MANY protein powders and this one is actually very good comparatively. You can buy it online. My doc sells it in their nutrition store. Comes in vanilla or chocolate. I like the chocolate. Mixes with 8oz cold Water.
