vitamins

Do we always have to take the chewable Vitamins? The taste makes me gag.....I didn't know if there were any other options out there as far as vitamins go?

At my 3 mth post op yesterday I was told I could go to the others if I wanted to but I rather do chewable right now

I use gummi Vitamins.

I would love to do gummi but my nut said that they don't have Iron?? Do yours have iron? Anywho....is taking a whole pill an option....I mean will it absorb?

I use liquid vitamins and it counts as your Water intake too

No there's no iron in it. I take 2 iron Vitamins a day and 2 chewable Calcium as well.
