I can tolerate undiluted juices also. They recommend diluting because of the sugar content. I try to stay away from juices because of the calories and sugar but i dont think it would be a big deal every now and then. xo Hilary

I didnt shower until i got home from the hospital on day 3.....i just washed off here and there while i was in the hospital. They didnt want me in the shower for some reason. I went back to work 10 days post op at an assisted living facility. And I went back full time at the hospital (floor nurse) 4 weeks post op..... I was a little slow but no major issues. xo Hilary

I know this is tmi but im a little over 4 mo post op and for the past week my breasts have been SUPER sore!! I have the implanon implant birth control and i dont have a period. I took a pregnancy test a couple days ago just in case and it was negative....thank God!! But this is freaking me out. .....anyone else have this happen? xo Hilary
