Sore Breasts?

I know this is tmi but im a little over 4 mo post op and for the past week my breasts have been SUPER sore!! I have the implanon implant birth control and i dont have a period. I took a pregnancy test a couple days ago just in case and it was negative....thank God!! But this is freaking me out. .....anyone else have this happen?

You may be getting your cycle. I didn't gave mine for a year with IUD on place and had it removed before surgery. Had sore breast pre surgery had mammography everything negative then wham day of surgery full on period after a freakin year. Was told that is not unusual also being over weight . my suggestion is to make sure your mammo is ok and a manual exam of breasts is ok...I'm very proactive in that area because there is breast cancer throughout my family.
