I am in need of advice and reassurance. I am 7 1/2 weeks post op. I've just gotten back into the swing of things so to speak. I had some business travel and vacation time. I'm in my second week back at work. I am exhausted. I do my workouts three times a week, get all of my protein and fluids in..but I am utterly exhausted. I cried this morning just dreading the thought of how bad I know I will feel all day. I am going to my primary care physician Monday. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so what it could be?

Do you get b12 shots?

Yes I am tired all the time. I do get b12 shots monthly.

I do b12 shots weekly. I am also very tired and weak. My protein is fine and I am hydrated. I wish I could help I am also 7 weeks out. I think sometimes I might be depressed but do not know why I would be.

I do take b12 sublingual....but I am wiped out. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions
