best way is walk walk walk and then even more walking.

  • When the gas subsides (and it will) and the pounds start melting away (and they will), all those thoughts of regret will disappear! Hang in there - you're gonna love the new you!!

Walk lots of water and a hot shower really relaxes you. Also the leg exercises lay in bed stretch out calf mucsles and then raise your knees to stomach. And try to pass gas or burp.

Drinking how liquid helped me alot. I had horrible gas pains for almost 3 weeks. The hot liquid helped me as soon as I drank it. It wasn't a cure all, but between that and walking it sure helped

I have been belching alot since I had the surgery last Tuesday. I've been taking gasx and walking all this week. Still no relief. Anyone have any suggestions?

As a nurse we tell post op patients to walk, warm showers and drink warm liquids and gasx. Unfortunately there really isn't anything else I'm aware of. Maybe some old wives tales somewhere? Just make sure they are pouch friendly!

Infant gas drops

Thank y'all. I have to try those.

Gripe water for babies with gas problems worked best for me.

I walked miles a day in the park. Really helped to get all of the gas out!

I had a friend to massage my upper back and that help to relase the gas for me along with lots and lots of walking.

Try peppermint or ginger tea. That helped me a lot.
