  6. It does get better. Just takes time. The itching could be an allergic reaction. Call you doctor.

  13. Since you are not getting what is the recommended about that our surgeons say we should get, your body has probably put itself in starvation mode so it is holding on to all that it can. You need to drink lots of liquids and eat the recommend amounts.
  14. oh my! I hope you are feeling better and are getting all the liquids and nutrition that you need. Being in the hospital is no fun.
  15. I had a friend to massage my upper back and that help to relase the gas for me along with lots and lots of walking.

  18. The main thing is do not compare yourself to others weight loss. You are your own person and will loose different from others. Also the expected weight loss in one year is 100lbs, so you are doing wonderful.
  19. My Dr said when I ready to go for it. 2 Weeks and I was there.
  20. Remember you need to walk alot after surgery. So you want to be moving. You do not want blood clots. Also if you get gas you want to move inorder to release it. Best of all just do as the doctor says and you will be fine. I took off a month just so that I was on pureed foods when I got back to work. It made lunch time easier on me.

  22. Thank you. At times I wonder if I am eating too much or too little.
  23. I take a cooler to work with my water, proteins, jello, apple sauce etc... I also have a little blender. I try to keep the same schedule I had at home.
  24. I was out for two Weeks. Probably could have been out for a week. But since I was in the hospital for four days, I took another week and glad I did.
  25. I am doing good. Im on full liquids now. Thursday I get to start pureed foods. Yes! I went back to work yesterday and I worked out. Boy was I tired last night.

  29. Where do you buy the Unujry broth and protein?
  30. Today was my 2 week check up from my revision. I am so happy that I am down 12 lbs!! I am very excited about this. I also get to start back on my Zumba class and lifting weights to music class next week. It is strange I am feeling the need to do more of that type of exercise than I am of walking.
