It's because i am in love...... Highest weight ever 272 Program start weight 258 Pre surgery weight 245 Date of surgery: 6/4/12 Last week 185.6 This week 177 Loss past 2 weeks (no post last week embarrassed I lost nothing.) - 8.6 Total loss since program start- 81 lbs !!!!!!!!!!!

Great week !!! Starting weight: 258 Pre surgery weight: 245 dos 6/4 Last week 190.6 This week 185.6 5 lb loss. I bumped up my calories and lots of exercise !!!!

I did not have alot of energy until month 3, now i have more than I know what to do with

I hit the thrift stores and get hand me Downs from others.... I love wednsday a the thrift store, stuff costs 3 bucks. I went from a 22/24 to size 14 pants , xl or L shirt. I feel so darn good. I have not been this thin since I was 15, and I am 42 now... Lol

I had an ablation done over a year ago, didn't get my period since the ablation until after my bypass. I have gotten it every month now, hoping it will go away again !! Lol

The main reason I was obese was because of potato chips and soda. I have eaten 1 chip on 2 different occasions and they don't taste the same, thank goodness !!!!!

I am almost 4 months post op. I am less hungry now than I was then, before it was head hunger though

I still can't believe I am saying this, but I find eating to be a pain in the butt. I just don't feel like eating. I am getting water in , but i have to stop and remind myself to eat.... What do others do that feel this way ???

Mine is through the roof, I feel sexier every day !

Start weigh 258 Pre surgery weight: 245 Surgery date 6/4 Last week: 198 This week: 194.6 3.4 lbs.... I'll take it !!!!! Officially lost 50 lbs since surgery !!!!

We all want Dave to post a picture, so I say we all post our pics to encourage Dave to post his own. How many of your really want to see what a success store he is, If so post your before and current after pic in support !!! We love your words Of wisdom !!!! I agree, for someone who can build excel spreadsheets , quote the web, and keeps everyone informed, you must have the technology To get a pic up sooner than a few weeks. Be like Nike....... Just do it !!!

Nancy: I feel great. I feel very fortunate as the only issue I have had is dehydration one day. ( bad experience). I feel great. Have lost 47 lbs since surgery (6/4). It took me a little to get my energy back. Keep posting your stories/ blogs, love them. ??? Have you ever gone to the support groups at Lehigh valley ??

Nancy: your posting have been great. You are 5 months ahead if me, as I am only 3 months out, but the most exciting thing is, your the closest person to me. I live in coopersburg pa. Had my surgery at Lehigh valley, dr peter rovito !!!! We need to chat !!!!!

Ask for a copy of the operation report you can get it from your surgeons office. Takes 2-4 days after surgery. Or make them show it to you at hospital. I would be asking !!!!!
