  1. It's must be head hungry ? What about sugar free Popsicles or fudgesicles ? Did your dr provide a list ?
  2. I am 5 days post op and only up to 30 mins of Walking.
  3. Dr did. He told me to stop Meds. My body does not like pills. After being on Meds for 4 1/2 days, I think it was too much
  4. Took a Benadryl, gonna stop taking Meds.
  5. Broke out in rash on my inner thigh, wraps around To back of my leg. Called dr, waiting for them to call back. Ate 1 egg, and had hot tea this morning. Never been allergic to anything. ???? Anyone else ? 4 days post op. lost 15 lbs of the 16 extra I brought home . First weigh in is next tues
  6. They def do cause the drug store called them for me today.
  7. I had a slight temp the first couple of days to, just keep an eye on it. The sternum feeling was same as me, most likely bloating gas from Anesthesia. My surgery was 6/4. As of today, less bloated and less pain all the way around. If you have pain Meds. Take as directed for at least 3 days. Most of my pain was the day I came home and next day. Good luck and keep posting
  8. I got 30 mins in today of walking. I know as long as I work at this and do as I am told the weight will come off !!!

  10. I agree everything happens for a reason. I was at this job for the insurance and it was close to home.
  11. Congrats and welcome. I haven't dated anyone in 2 years and I look forward to the men fighting over me, lol. I am sure that is a whole other "bag of worms". This site has truly helped me quite a bit !!
  12. I had my surgery on Monday , and I will be offered cobra insurance . They are just screwing me big time. I filed for unemployment, and I know everything happens for a reason

  14. I hired a lawyer the day after I was suspended.
  15. Or those of you who read a previous post of mine. I feel like I was discriminate against at work for about to go out on fmla . Today I found out I was terminated. Oh well, filed for unployment, and waiting for my lawyer to call me back.
  16. Surgery 6/4. Came home 6/5. Been in my night gown since I got home, try to get walking around the house. Got 6 walks yesterday at 5 mins each. Today I decided to get up, get dressed and walk outside. I made it 13 mins, and was so discouraged !!!!
  17. I feel pretty good today. Still sore and have gas pains, all bearable . Still taking pain Meds. Walked about a total of 30 mins through the house today, plan to get outside tomorrow and walk for 15 mins each time, only been able to walk for 5 mins at a time. Overall I feel like I am doing well
  18. I had it in the middle of the night last night. It kinda shocked me.
  19. I had surgery on Monday and I am home, drinking hot water and walking around house. Waiting for chewable gas-x, and other suggestions to get rid of gas pains , they are in left shoulder and chest Area
  20. Well it's one day post op. of course I came home 16 lbs heavier, and it was tough going from a morphine drip to Percocet , and all I do is sleep, drink, get up and move , go to the bathroom and then back again to sleep. I think so far I am actually doing good, and so glad to be home. Will try to keep everyone updated .
  21. Another surgery for tomorrow, yeah, me too
