Either way, I am going bonkers in the house. Looking for a job, spending the summer with my son, and wishing I was out more. I want to be working !!!!

  7. 24 lbs is good for first month. When I moved to regular food I introduced 1 new food per meal to see how it went. I can eat just about anything I want that is low sugar, low fat. I stick to Protein, an occasionally have carbs in small amounts . Just as an FYI I am 7 weeks post op. I recently hit a stall in weight loss, just had my monthly so that may have added to it, expected it to happen, heard it does for everyone. I find I struggle with Water intake more now too

  10. Your hormones are going to be released and it causes a roller coaster effect emotionally. We are often used to being down in ourselves. My confidence is building back up. I understand the "no where to run " feeling and always used food to cope. I try to stay busy. Best of luck !
  11. I am 6 weeks post op and feel very good about what I can eat and the process. I have gotten dehydrated and I have had food stuck in my throat. It's all a learning process. Nobody said this would be easy , I'd it was we wouldn't be here in the first place. Be patient , I will all come together
