A Big Thankyou To Everyone

  • Popular Post

I want to say thankyou to everyone. Before I had surgery you were there for me. After surgery you were there for me. Some even took the time to send me a pravite message to ask if I was feeling ok. During my weight lost you were there. When I wasn't eating you were right there by my side. I feel so love this is group. I never felt so much companion love & caring.

Now I'm 43 pounds towards my weight goal,and I feel I'm getting there sooner then expected. I walk around thinking i'm the best looking thing since chocolate was invented. I feel so sexy. Men are checking me out. My hubby is checking me out LMFAO...

If you need my love-help-support. I'M RIGHT HERE JUST FOR YOU... WE CAN GET THREW GOOD TIMES HARD TIMES & ANY TYPE OF ISSUES THAT COME ALONG... Together we stand!

Sending my love to all Maybelin {mamiof3kids}

I need some encouragement. I am five days out and the scale says I have gained a pound! WHAT?????

That is quite normal believe it or not between swelling and Water retention the scale may show a gain. Please don't be discouraged! My best advice is to step away from the scale for a week or two. We trend to agonize over the numbers on the scale but they are just that, numbers! Try to focus on the positive changes you have been making in your life and know you can and will accomplish your goals! The healthier you is just around the corner... Hang on and enjoy the journey!

Absolutely nothing to worry about. I so agree with Mary - focus on following the protocol and staying away from the scales for a couple of weeks! You'll be glad you did and the result will definitely put a smile on your face!
