Dizzyness

My dizzy spells are back in full force!! I can't win, I have them for a week nonstop then they go away for a couple weeks and come back!! I hate them:(

Be careful. I got dehydrated last week. What an awful experience.

I agree that it sounds like dehydration. This can lead to electrolyte imbalances and other serious problems. Are you using those little medicine cups? I found it hard to get enough with them but glasses just work better. Please take care of yourself!

I was the same in the beginning but I'm back to normal (so called normal) I drink Poland spring & smart water it contains electrolytes which is what your body needs. I basically live on water. I feel like a bird. I take a bite here and there and I'm full.

Thanks! I've been drinking the powerade zero..just need to drink WAY more than I have been!!
