  5. That is amazing! Look forward to being 150 in 5 months!!! Im so excited for you! My only advice is be patient with urself, follow the diet, drink lota of Water, really take advantage of those forst weeks where u cant eat to lose most weight... Bc when u start to hit 4 months, u are almost on ur own... U need to make healthier decisions... The first couple of weeks are tough. But they will go by very fast!!
  6. Hi! Yes, insurance paid for me. I was 100ls overweight. I'm 5ft 2in.... I was pretty healthy as to the more serious co-morbidities, but was depressed, anxiety issues, high cholesterol.. No worries, you'll get there as well :-)

  9. Gained 3 lbs from Sunday to monday. Took me so much to get o 161, and now i'm at 164. How is that possible? I realize I ate different than my day-to-day... But that was one time and i did not go crazy and eat crazy things i shouldnt... I was sick and needed real food....
  10. My answer: heeell yes!!! I am 3 months out, down 64 lbs... Wearing a size medium/7 jeans! I am loving it and pizza and beer are not worth it! I have tried both post op and am fine, depending on the amount and I only have the topping of the pizza.... I have had a beer and it was fine... You do have to watch for the caloric intake, but once in a while... As long as you don't form a habit... If is worth every single moment!! I wake up thanking god for this amazing opportunity to feel like MYSELF!

Drink some water and it'll go away! I used to think about food 24/7... And now when i have to eat, i make sure its something hethy o just keep me alive....
