2 Days Post Op

Just got done with a long day walked 4 &1/2 miles on the Vegas strip. I think I might of over done it because I'm in a lot of pain.

Good for you...but yea that may have been a bit much. Don't hurt yourself!!

I'm on day 11 post op and I'm doing 30 minute walks three times a day....and I always need a 90 minute nap in the afternoon. I just try to increase my distance and speed each day...if you do too much then you will not be able to do anything for days....be careful.
